By accessing or using the AI Compliance Auditor SaaS, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. No Legal Advice Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The compliance reports, analysis scores, risk vectors, and suggested code snippets (such as legal boilerplates or patch scripts) generated by this system are for educational and informational purposes only. They DO NOT constitute formal legal advice. You must consult a qualified attorney before deploying any compliance modifications to a live commercial store or short-term rental listing.

3. Services & Billing Tiers

• Free Plan: Provides limited preview scanning features and score indices without boilerplate details.
• Standard Plan ($9.90 one-time): Grants access to specific legal statements, code fixes, and printable compliance certificates for the audited URL.
• Enterprise Plan ($19.90 monthly): Enables continuous weekly automated scanning and Slack notifications.

4. User Account Obligations

Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials (emails and passwords) secure. Any malicious use of scanning credits, API throttling, or reverse engineering attempts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate service termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall AI Compliance Auditor or its parent CB telemetry network be liable for any regulatory fines, accessibility lawsuits, or legal damages arising from the use or inability to use this compliance software.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
